A dairy, vegan free rhubarb protein for all your workout needs, and great as breakfast too.
- half a rhubarb
- 125ml (half a cup) soya milk or any milk of your choice
- a handful strawberries
- 1 – 2 servings protein powder (to your needs)
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- Chop the rhubarb up into chunks. You can lightly peel the rhubarb first to remove the slightly tougher outer layer, but I don’t bother.
- Place everything into a blender and blend still smooth. That’s it.
