Dairy Free Rhubarb Protein Smoothie

A dairy, vegan free rhubarb protein for all your workout needs, and great as breakfast too.



  • half a rhubarb
  • 125ml (half a cup) soya milk or any milk of your choice
  • a handful strawberries
  • 12 servings protein powder (to your needs)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds


  1. Chop the rhubarb up into chunks. You can lightly peel the rhubarb first to remove the slightly tougher outer layer, but I don’t bother.
  2. Place everything into a blender and blend still smooth. That’s it.
