Fig, Blackberry & Apple Post Workout Drink, is an autumnal powerhouse, perfect after a workout or even for breakfast.



  • 125ml soya/semi skimmed milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 2 figs, halved
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped up roughly
  • 1 handful blackberries
  • 1 serving flavourless protein powder
  • 1 tsp creatine (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)


  1. Place everything in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
