Fig, Blackberry & Apple Post Workout Drink, is an autumnal powerhouse, perfect after a workout or even for breakfast.
- 125ml soya/semi skimmed milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 2 figs, halved
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped up roughly
- 1 handful blackberries
- 1 serving flavourless protein powder
- 1 tsp creatine (optional)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Place everything in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
