I’m a former English and Economics teacher, now a Homeschooling Mum of 4, Google+ and YouTube Presenter, Cookery Teacher and Private Chef.
I was born and raised in Singapore, in a very multicultural family, where a single sentence would often be made up of at least three languages!
For the last decade, I’ve been teaching South East Asian cooking in my cookery school, Constant Cravings.
Besides that, I’m also a private chef, catering to the high end market, specialising in Amuse-Bouches and Canapés, South East Asian style.
