cold loomi tea

honey or simple sugar syrup

rum

tsp
angostura bitters

dozen mint leaves
▢

small sprigs of mint to serve

Instructions
In a cocktail shaker or jug, crush the 12 mint leaves with a tsp of the loomi tea.
Add the rest of the tea in, followed by thehoney, rum and bitters. Shake well.
Divide the ice cubed between 2 glasses of your choice if not used in the shaker.
Strain the cocktail over the ice (or not, if serving without the ice).
Add the mint sprig and serve.
