You'll need a juicer.
Ingredients

purple carrot
preferably organic
▢

medium red beet
preferably organic, but we'll be peeling it
▢

handful
red grapes
preferably organic

Instructions
Scrub the carrot clean, and cut to fit your juicer.
Peel the beetroot and remove the stem. Rinse, and cut to fit your juicer. Peeling the beetroot removes the overly earthy flavour that many don't like.
Rinse and pick your grapes off the stem.
Place everything in turn in the juicer and juice away. Stir and enjoy the goodness.
