Preheat the oven to 180℃ (200℉) if roasting immediately.
Make the marinade by mixing all the ingredients together and set aside.
2 Tbsp harissa, 1 Tbsp runny honey, 1 Tbsp olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, ½ teaspoon sweet paprika, ½ teaspoon salt, 2 sprigs parsley
Quarter the tomatoes.

Slice the bell peppers into thick strips.

Marinate & Cook the Salmon
Place the salmon and vegetables into a baking dish and marinate everything with the mix you made earlier. Leave the salmon to marinate for up to 2 hours if you have time. If you don't they'll still be amazing.
4 salmon fillets
Roast in the oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes for lightly cooked salmon, 25 - 30 minutes for well done. At 30 minutes, your fish may take on some cripy bits at the end, just the way I like it. Serve as describe above.
