large handfuls of mixed berries of your choice
as above

g
mascarpone cheese
(about 6 tbsp)
▢

tsp
honey
▢

Tbsp
milk
▢
½
tsp
matcha
Optional Topping

toasted nuts

granola
▢
toasted oats

Instructions
Mix the mascarpone, honey and milk together, forming a smooth and light mix.
100 g mascarpone cheese,
2 tsp honey,
2 Tbsp milk
Wash and gently dry the berries with a paper towel.
2 large handfuls of mixed berries of your choice
Divide them up between to bowls.
Spoon the mascarpone mix over the berries.
Sprinkle the matcha and any toppings all over and dig in!
