cold loomi tea

honey or simple sugar syrup

rum

angostura bitters

dozen mint leaves
▢

small sprigs of mint to serve

Instructions
In a cocktail shaker or jug, crush the 12 mint leaves with 1 tsp of the loomi tea.
1 dozen mint leaves,
250 ml cold loomi tea
Add the rest of the tea in, followed by the honey, rum and bitters. Shake well.
1 Tbsp honey or simple sugar syrup,
4 Tbsp rum,
½ tsp angostura bitters
Divide the ice cubes between 2 glasses of your choice if not used in the shaker.
6 ice cubes
Strain the cocktail over the ice (or not, if serving without the ice).
Add the mint sprig and serve.
