Mix all the ingredients together and marinade the salmon for 30 minutes.
2 salmon fillets, 1 Tbsp red miso, 1 small clove garlic, just over 1 cm ginger, 1 dash white pepper, 1 dash chilli flakes, juice of ½ a lime, 1 tsp sesame oil
Preheat the oven to 200˚C (400˚F / 180°C Fan).
Place the salmon fillets in a lightly greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on how well done you like it. I prefer it at 20.
